Our Story.
At Nia, we believe wellbeing is cultivated through the rituals we return to again and again.
Founded in 2021, Nia began as Free Spirit Crazy Diamond - a passion project by Lilly Nicolosi, inspired by a love of crystals, nature and intentional living. As the vision grew, her husband Ned, became an integral part of the journey bringing his own presence, shared belief and creativity to the brand - born from a desire to extend and share their experience of self discovery through holistic wellbeing and energy healing, their transformative journey ignited a passion to support others, in navigating the ebbs and flows of everyday life.
As the business evolved, so did its vision, expanding to include sound, herbs and immersive wellness experiences.
Today we are - Nia.
Inspired by the Swahili word Nia, meaning purpose. It reminds us to move through life with intention, presence and care.
Through sound experiences, handcrafted small-batch herbal teas and thoughtfully curated wellbeing essentials, we create moments that help you slow down and reconnect.
